All items are sent recorded delivery. 

UK – Please allow 3-4 working days. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.

Europe – Please allow 5-6 working days.

Rest of World – Please allow up to 7-10 working days.

Delivery Costs

UK & Europe - £7 for a scarf, £4.95 for makeup items
Rest of World - £25 per order

Returns

We guarantee to refund any unsuitable item if we are notified within 7 days by telephone or in writing.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days.
We cannot refund the items until we have received them at Red Leopard so be sure to send them by RECORDED DELIVERY.
We cannot refund postage paid.
You will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid.
