Why this matters

Many capable people hold back at work because they feel they don't look or feel like the role they want. For wellbeing and HR leaders, that shows up as low confidence, uneven visibility and energy lost to stress. Red Leopard works on both ends: how people present themselves, and how they sustain their energy through a working week.

What participants take away

Every format ends with something people can use the next morning.

  • Their best colours, and how to wear them on ordinary working days

  • A clearer sense of how presentation shapes first impressions and their own confidence

  • Practical ways to manage stress and energy across a working week

  • One simple next step to try the same day

Our approach: evidence-informed

We pair colour and style practice with health coaching, and we treat appearance as one practical lever for confidence, not a guaranteed performance fix. Research on clothing and self-perception is still developing. Its central idea, enclothed cognition, was introduced by Adam and Galinsky in 2012: what we wear can influence how we think, feel and act, through the symbolic meaning of the clothes. A 2023 meta-analysis of 105 effects from 40 studies found support for the core principle in work published since 2015. We follow this research as it develops. The wellbeing content is led by a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and stays within coaching scope of practice.
